Sunday Evening

This is the end of the day. Weekend done and Monday to deal with in the morning. All the things done in the order they were intended and I feel content with it all. There are loads more things that I have learned need attending to since beginning the list. This is normal.
Learn not to expect to accomplish them all.
The end is the beginning of the new stuff. The last of the end stuff is never really over, unless relating to lost for good or death. Of which they continue to survive in a subconscious world, and may live longer than the other things. We humans, like elephants and other large mammals, have an ability to indulge in our past-memories, and future-expectorants. As they are not the moment in hand, they appeal to us for escapism. Its great organising stuff that is not in front of you. Dealing with now seams to be the dullest of chores when it comes to escapism.
This is why we develop and nurture the other things that are not on the list of stuff. This does not mean that the things that need doing can not still be done whilst indulging in the stuff not on the list. We create the opportunity to indulge in the non list stuff frequently whilst physically doing the stuff on the list.
Washing dishes is a great example. I do them automatically, like driving, but occasionally become aware of what I am Physically doing. The water that is too hot, or the unrecognisable food sludge floats up my wrist and I connect with my body for a second. Aw or urgh or mmm can be all I need to indulge in the non list indulgence. Glasses first, rub lip traces off, rinse bubbles, hot water, not hot enough, aww, too hot, Caz, her glasses are always clean, rinse glass, saves on drying effort, too many bubbles, bloody fairy too many bubbles, rinse draining board. I'm getting anal about this, get on with it, but how does Caz do it? Is she anal like me? OMG I'm doing it wrong, must speak to Caz, sod the bubbles, she's not anal, leave the pans, do 2 plates, looks good, make fag, relax on phone to Caz.
Put kettle on. The list has changed from previous to new to do things in a few seconds. The older list still remains and will remind me of their existence regularly if obviously annoying enough. I'll think of those when talking to Caz.
All the other things seem more appealing than the pressing needs of the moment. Connections to friends and family, and any other influence pop into our world and preoccupy the moment. Life is a juggle of priorities which we are all guilty of getting wrong daily. Creativity can thrive on the interruptions of list ticking not unlike the boredom of ticking off the to do list. This point can be argued in another light if the list is brand new , exciting, challenging or novel. This is rare, so the former is more often the case.Saved
Ignoring all the interruptions that appear daily, we still don't have enough time to achieve doing all of the things on the list. This obviously varies from person to person, depending on how busy, important, dull, loved, free, healthy we are or may not be.
